Spring Meeting, the Captain's Day, Captains Special Away Day Summer Meeting and President's Day.
Please pay the full amount two weeks before the date, all days will be £60 per player except
Captain’s Away Day at RAC Club which will be £120
Please fill in your World Handicap Index and that of your Partners.
In submissing this form you are giving the society permission to keep your personal details on its data base.
Please insert your partners name in the appropriate box or "Partner Needed" - if not playing write N/A.
If nothing is written in the box, it will not submit.
