Spring Meeting, the Captain's Day, The London Captain's Special Away Day, Summer Meeting and President's Day.
Please pay the full amount two weeks before the date, all days will be £65 per player except
Society Away Day at Dyrham Park GC which will be £90
Please fill in your CDH number along with your World Handicap Index and that of your Partners.
In submissing this form you are giving the society permission to keep your personal details on its data base.
Please insert your partners name in the appropriate box or "Partner Needed" - if not playing write N/A.
If nothing is written in the box, it will not submit.
